Arborist Attracting New
Clients
Thundering Oak’s
teams of tree specialists spend a lot of time on the road in neighborhoods.
In the past, they noticed neighbors sometimes showed concern when their
unmarked vehicle drove through slowly (looking for a specific house number)
or parked in a driveway.
Now, their bold vehicle graphics
clearly identify Thundering Oak and their reason for being in the neighborhood.
Interested neighbors often approach their arborists to learn more about
their services. People approach their drivers in parking lots, too. Their
vehicles are frequently traveling to job sites so they get a lot of advertising
exposure on road, too. Most importantly, the attention is turning into
new clients.
The Process
Thundering Oak’s vehicles are not all the same make and model. Using
specialized software, our graphic designers select each vehicle’s
image from a database then overlay the graphics so the client can see
exactly how each finished vehicle will look. Owner/General
Manager, Bryce Landrud, is frequently at job sites so he was pleased
that we could make adjustments and e-mail updated looks to him for him
to view at his convenience. Once each vehicle’s design was finalized
it took less than 48 hours to prepare the graphics. Each vehicle is in
the shop for just one day so it’s easy to schedule around.
